Welsh Food Hamper

The following terms & Conditions apply to the Platters & Hampers we offer.

 

Delivery. For all orders we allow a window of 3-5 days from point of purchase to delivery in order that we may prepare and dispatch the hamper to its destination within the UK. For Fresh goods we allow a 24-hour service from dispatch to delivery order to maintain temperature integrity.

 

Due to the nature of the produce we use, purchase and import, Seasonality & Availability can be an issue of certain goods. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute products for a like for like alternative to an equivalent value to meet the Delivery deadline.

 

Damages – The hampers / Platters will leave our business in 100% perfect condition. If during transit they become damaged, it is imperative that the recipient contacts us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item(s) with photographic evidence. We will then issue a refund of the effected item. Failure to do so in a timely manner will not result in a refund or compensatory action.

In the event of items being returned at our request we shall cover the costs of transport only.

Fresh Produce must be destroyed and not returned.

 

Storage – please ensure any fresh produce is immediately removed from the hamper at the point of delivery and placed into refrigeration to maintain temperature integrity.

 

We take great care to prepare the food in a safe, clean sterile environment to avoid any cross contamination which may cause harm to anybody suffering from Allergens or medical conditions. Failure to disclose any dietary requirements / allergens at the point of ordering will be the responsibility of the customer ordering.

 

Alcohol – By acknowledging you are over 18 at the point of visiting our website, the purchasing customer is entirely responsible for the goods selected and thereafter the recipient. It is illegal to purchase alcohol or supply to/for Under 18’s.
